Returns


If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so within 14 days of when your order was received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.

To return your item, post it to the return address shown on the product packing slip. The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging.  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimsuit purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at contact@activewearwell.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will I get my order?

Currently, orders will take approximately 3-5 business days for production. Then, once shipped, your orders will be delivered within approximately 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States.

How do I Track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our products are printed or embroidered in the United States. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in the US.
