Refund policy


Returns

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.

Exchanges

All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at contact@activewearwell.com. 

To return your item, post it to the return address shown on the product packing slip. The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging.  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@activewearwell.com

Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Due to hygiene reasons, all swimsuit purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
